California Privacy Notice (CCPA / CPRA)

This California Privacy Notice (“Notice”) supplements the Privacy Notice of The Cleaning Software LLC. (“The Cleaning Software,” “TCS,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and applies solely to residents of the State of California (“Consumers,” “you”) as required by the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (collectively, the “CCPA/CPRA”).

SMS and Mobile Information

Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent data are never sold or shared for marketing or promotional purposes.

11. Children’s Information

The Services are not directed to children under 16 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
